Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 June 2026 · Version 1.0 (draft)

Draft pending owner sign-off. Operator identity is filled in; fields marked [FILL] depend on infrastructure choices still being finalized. This is not legal advice — have it reviewed before public launch.

This policy explains what personal information aiboostmy.com collects when you request a free Digital Score or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. We serve businesses primarily in the United States; if you contact us from outside the US, the "International visitors" section below also applies.

Maksim Panasenko ("we", "us") decides how and why your information is processed and is responsible for it under applicable data-protection law.

02 What we collect

Information you give us

  • Email address — so we can send your Digital Score report and reply to you.
  • Website URL you ask us to analyse — typically a business address.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical request data — IP address and browser user-agent, stored with your submission to prevent abuse and rate-limit spam.
  • Anti-spam signal — a Cloudflare Turnstile token, used once to confirm you are not a bot.
  • Aggregate analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless page statistics via Plausible. No cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles, no cookies.

How the score is produced

When you submit a URL, our system fetches and analyses the public content of that web page (performance, on-page SEO and booking signals) to compute your score. We do not access private areas, accounts, or anything behind a login.

03 Why we use it

  • To deliver the score you requested — generate and email your report.
  • To respond and follow up about your report and any rebuild you ask us about.
  • To keep the service secure — prevent spam and abuse (IP, user-agent, Turnstile, rate limits).
  • To understand traffic — through cookieless, aggregate analytics.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your information. The score report is transactional — you asked for it. We will not add you to unrelated marketing without your consent, and every commercial email we send includes a working unsubscribe link and our postal address (US CAN-SPAM Act).

04 Who we share it with

We use a small set of vetted service providers ("processors"), each bound by a data-processing agreement and permitted to use your data only to provide their service to us:

  • Database — your submission is stored in a self-hosted PostgreSQL database on our own server (see Hosting below); we do not use a third-party managed database provider.
  • Transactional email provider (e.g. Amazon SES / Postmark / Resend) — delivers your report email. [FILL chosen provider]
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on the form.
  • Plausible Analytics — cookieless aggregate statistics.
  • Hosting / infrastructure — serves the website and the scoring API. Contabo VPS located in St. Louis, Missouri, USA (self-managed).

Because we operate from Argentina and serve US businesses, your information may be processed in Argentina, the United States or other countries where our providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected wherever it is handled. We may also disclose information if required by law.

05 How long we keep it

  • Score submissions (email, URL, score, technical data) — kept while we are in contact about your report, and deleted or anonymised within 12 months of last contact.
  • Anti-spam logs (IP, user-agent) — kept for a short period for security, then purged.
  • Accounting records — retained for the period the law requires.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

06 Your choices and rights

Whoever you are and wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you, or get a copy of it.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Delete your information.
  • Opt out of any further contact.

To exercise any of these, email privacy@aiboostmy.com. We respond within 30 days.

07 International visitors

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and you have the right to know, delete and correct your data and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.

Argentina (Ley 25.326): as the operator's home jurisdiction, you may contact the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP) regarding the handling of your data.

08 Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Analytics is cookieless (Plausible). Any cookie we set is strictly necessary for the site to function, so no cookie-consent banner is required.

09 Security & children

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access limited to what is needed to run the service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information. The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
